TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Skills and Responsibilities: •Oracle Siebel Developers for EOM development for Small and Medium Business (SMB) functionality and for Bell Business Markets (BBM) functionality. •Oracle Order and Service Management Developers for development of the BCOM platform to build fulfillment flows for SMB and BBM products. •Developers for IPAG development for Business and Residential market segments. •Application Infrastructure Support Specialists and Oracle Database Administrators for developing new environments, maintaining existing environments, building and maintaining the toolchain for the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline. •Business Support Specialists for triaging business requests raised in the production environment and handling day-to-day application administration functions. •Does work and is capable of being almost entirely self-directed (i.e., requires very little management). Able to act as a lead or supervisor to others. •Either makes decisions or acts to help management make decisions. Under general direction, participates as a high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software. •Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. •May act as team leader on less complex projects. Assists in training less experienced technical staff. •Works under the general direction of a senior system integrator, project manager or a functional IT manager. Roles and Responsibilities: •Resources to be located partly onshore and offshore •Technical experience & working knowledge of EOM/BCOM/IPAG required across the team: understanding of the enhancements and customizations of the Siebel product specific to BBM and SMB, familiarity of both dev and infra processes, and understanding of the risk areas related to aging code and performance impacts in general •Provide the resources names and CVS's •Combination of technology/technical experience/working knowledge required across the team: •Program planning / Project Mgmt./ Team Collaboration (agile) Jira, Confluence •Test Mgmt.
