We are providing staffing support to more than 10 State Customers across the USA and have successfully staffed for more than 260 roles in the last 6 months.Job DescriptionJob Title: PeopleSoft Functional AnalystDuration: 12+ month contractWork Location: Manhattan, NYC# Positions: 1Must Have:10+ years’ experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modulesPrevious experience as a HCM Techno-Functional Lead for 5+ implementation and/or upgrade projects5+ years’ experience using PeopleSoft North American Payroll module including implementation, design, and customizationWorking experience and understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications v 9.2 and PeopleSoft Tools v 8.54Experience with implementation, design, configuration, and customization for PeopleSoft Garnishment, Payroll, and Workers Compensation modulesFull life-cycle support experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, production stabilization, and implementation planningAbility to construct application flows for core business processes and create functional design for application customizations/enhancements including interfaces and reportsProficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system dataExcellent writing skills including experience creating functional specifications, design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.Excellent communication skills, including group/committee presentation and working/leading staff and managementProven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionalityNice to have:Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools such as VISTA plus, LRS products, etc.Experience working with enterprise-wide, large-scale implementationsExperience working within a matrix environmentQualificationsBachelors or Associates in related field...Additional InformationLocal candidates preferred.
