In this position, you will assist the manufacturing and packaging companies through the full sales cycle. From the initial call to preparing quotations to processing the order, following up with manufacturing and shipping for delivery. To be successful in this role you need to have the technical aptitude to review drawings and write complicated quotes. The ideal candidate will come from 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical inside sales, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
