Senior Business Analyst (CONTRACT) – Hybrid We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a Hybrid Contract role. This will be 2-3 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto As the Senior Business Analyst you will manage and participate in the following projects and tasks: Draft the business requirements document for the Web Design project. Develop Business Process Improvement (BPI) for Finance & Treasury Division (FTD) automation within the scope of the Enterprise Resource Planning project. Facilitate user acceptance testing and defects for the Payment and Procurement Workflow and Procurement Tracking System, ensuring detailed verification of test results. Ensure compliance with M365 project requirements by actively participating in QA test planning, preparation, execution, and results verification. Play a key role in formulating business processes and procedures aligned with the Learning and Development project. Research and contribute to the Project Management refresh project by drafting and updating various project management artifacts. Review the existing Procurement processes and associated documentation, recommend, and implement recommendations to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency. Supervise and confirm the fulfillment of requirements by actively engaging in QA test planning, preparation, and execution. Take the lead in conducting business analysis at various levels of detail, tailored to the specific project and its phase. Develop business requirements specifications for RFPs and participate in procurement work as required. Knowledge of project management methodology and practices to participate in and/or lead multiple, broad scope business and IT initiatives.
