Maintenance Manager

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Customer Installations, the role is pivotal in ensuring effective administration of customers' installations maintenance and management of a group of Field Service Technicians (Electrical and Mechanical) assigned in their respective areas. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Management and administration of the customer's installations maintenance work against budget and timeframes Carry out Customer site visits and inspections and respond to customer alarms and service Provide technical and engineering support to Field Service Technicians and contractors in the region ensuring sound engineering practices are used in conducting company activities Manage the Field Service Technicians (FST) in their day-to-day responsibilities Manage contractors and suppliers in their interaction with Air Liquide Provide technical support to other Air Liquide plants Assist Senior Engineers with new jobs estimating Purchase maintenance parts and stock control in line with set cost targets Update paperwork related to maintenance and new installations

Are you a MATCH? Trade Qualified with hands-on installations/maintenance experience in either electrical or mechanical Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team within an industrial environment Proven project implementation skills Ability to influence, monitor and manage change Excellent communication skills Strong leadership capability
