Information Technology Manager

Our Ottawa based client is seeking a IT Manager/Lead for apermanent full time position. This role requires the candidate to workonsite 2-5 days per week.

You will be responsiblefor implementing and overseeing the company’s information andcollaboration systems, ensuring the smooth and effective flow ofinformation throughout the organization. This includes implementingand maintaining enterprise and collaboration systems, managing thecompany’s technology infrastructure and information security, andensuring appropriate IT policies and procedures are in place.

This role will report to the COO and collaboratewith all internal technical, administrative, and operations teams toadvance business information management projects. A main priority willbe the deployment of essential business systems such as NetSuite, CRM,and MES, making sure that information is well-connected to support ourexpanding production.

Responsibilities:

• Actively managing the implementation andmaintenance of enterprise systems, including NetSuite, CRM,collaboration software, and other business applications.
• Taking a hands-on approach to developing and implementing ITstrategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals andobjectives.
• Developing and implementing IT policies andprocedures
• Collaborating across departments to identify andimplement technology solutions that support business operations.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technology trends andidentifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
