You can check our office locations here.Your ImpactWe are currently seeking a Manager, Analytics to join our rapidly growing Analytics team - people that have a passion for working with digital data and other key data sources to derive actionable insights, as well as strategize and create performance-driven measurement plans. Successful candidates will work with clients and internal stakeholders, both business and technical, to support measurement strategies. Attention to detail and a desire to dig deep into the data to get insights are a must. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of clients across different sectors. If you have most of the required skills but not all of them, you are still encouraged to apply.What You'll DoPresent insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, both internal and externalWork with internal stakeholders to build performance-driven measurement plansCommunicate data requirements for reporting and analysis to analytics engineering and ad techProvide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members, and leading requirements to expand the team where necessaryAnalyze media performance data and derive business insights using Excel, Python or other analysis toolsSupport Director on strategic and technical process improvements and innovation roadmapRun machine learning models and implement data-driven solutions to drive growth and decision making for our clientsSupervise and support analysts on projects as neededWho you are5+ years of experience in delivering insights and analysis to cross-functional teams and executives using various data sourcesExperience in managing direct reports and/or providing guidance to junior analystsStrong understanding of A|B Testing, Experience and Campaign OptimizationExperience in the consulting and/or advertising industry is preferredKnowledge of media platforms like Campaign Manager 360 and associated measurement trackingKnowledge of at least one leading Web Analytics platform, preferably Adobe AnalyticsComfortable with presenting analysis and solution recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersExperience translating business objectives of clients into measurement plansFluent in SQL, Python and ExcelExperience with Google Cloud Platform tools like Google Big QueryExperience with one or more of the following databases: PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, SQL Server, and MySQLKnowledge of Brand and Conversion Lift StudiesNice to HaveAbility to independently manage relationships with internal and external parties on projectsAdditional knowledge in Google Analytics and other leading tools preferred.Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker for reporting and analysisNote: Hybrid work in office is an essential function of the job.Our Commitment to InclusionWe believe in inclusivity and do our best work when people with diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skills are brought together.
