Reporting to the Executive Director of the Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team (HOH OHT), the Project Manager translates implementation strategies, objectives, and direction into concrete activities and projects. The individual will support the implementation of projects and work plan deliverables for working groups and councils. They will work with both internal and external stakeholders and will interact with all levels within the organization. They will be a support system, resource, and advocate for the HOH OHT . Responsibilities: Initiates and plans assigned strategic projects including the development of scope, goals, and objectives. Develops project charters, work plans, project schedules, cost estimates and budgets as required. Engages key stakeholders to ensure project activities are executed based on plans and standards, within the specific scope, budget, and schedule. Executes, tracks and monitors progress of the projects while distributing the appropriate project information and updates to the Anchor and Collaborative Councils. Identifies improvement opportunities and escalates key issues; proposes and executes solutions as approved that achieve quality work and process improvements. Lead quality improvement activities at the council / working group level. Qualifications: Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent experience. Three to five years relevant work experience in project management. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is considered a strong asset. Demonstrated experience in continuous quality improvement. Minimum two years of experience working in health or business administration or equivalent. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, working groups, and councils. Demonstrated ability to show potential impact and influence on key project participants and outcomes. LEAN six sigma certified is considered an asset. Strong understanding of Dufferin-Caledon communities is an asset. Hiring Salary Range: Compensation is commensurate with experience. Remote Opportunity HOOPP Pension Why Headwaters?
