The Banking Talent Academy!

3-month program

is designed to ignite careers through

on finance, banking and internal tools, facilitated by Swissquote's experts. What to expect from the Academy? Comprehensive Banking Knowledge : Gain a solid foundation in essential banking principles. Tailored Training : Receive personalized instruction from our specialists across various departments in Zurich and Gland. Graduation Celebration : Conclude your experience with a memorable graduation ceremony. What will you do after the graduation of the Academy? After you graduate from the Banking Talent Academy, you will join one of our Customer Care Teams as a Client Service Representative and you will: Support clients through various communication channels to ensure their satisfaction with our digital platforms. Provide information about our diverse products and services. Collaborate with colleagues in Business Operations, IT, Sales, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, Trading, and more to find the best solutions for our clients' needs. Qualifications

Qualifications You are a fresh graduate with an economical background OR you already have experience in Customer Care (1-2 years) and want to enter the banking industry. You are a native German speaker and fluent in English (B2 level). French is an asset. You have a strong interest in financial products and markets. You love to interact with people and feel comfortable doing so. We are looking for candidates to join our first wave of the program
