Building Surveyor

I am reaching out to you as I have an exciting opportunity that has just arisen, working for a well-respected company who work on both commercial and residential properties. The role is a Chartered Building surveyor which is also on a permanent basis. You will need a supporting qualification of MRICS or RICS or MCIOB or AssocRics. Salary: £48-52,000 Location: Bristol Benefits of the Chartered Building Surveyor: Company pension Hybrid working (office, at home, onsite) Professional and training programmes covered Bonus scheme 0.45p mileage Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor: Conduct building surveys, site inspections and asset management surveys Undertake pre-acquisition and technical due diligence surveys Assist and manage construction contracts ranging from £(phone number removed)+ Liaise with our architectural department, organising documents for tender, produce specification of works, advising on appointment of contractors and acting as Contract Administrator Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyse defects, produce reports highlighting issues and providing remedial advice Create schedules of conditions and PPM schedules Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations claims Dealing with Party Wall procedures Building and maintaining strong client relationships If the Chartered Building Surveyor role is something you are interested in, please feel free to contact me on (phone number removed) or reply back to this email
