We are working with a stunning high-end venue in the heart of London who host an array of events from spectacular dinners to conferences with a difference. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join the team and drive the venue to its full potential. You will be responsible for creating the strategy, coming up with creative ideas and promotions to drive awareness, and proactively tapping into new markets to get this venue on the map!

The Ideal Candidate:

• A proven track record exceeding sales targets and creating Sales & Marketing Campaigns
• Experience within hospitality is essential
• Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer relationship management
• A creative thinker 
• Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
• A strong work ethic. You will lead by example
