Teaching Assistant - Liverpool. Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to work within a ''GOOD'' SEN School in Knotty Ash, Liverpool. This would be an ideal opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to use the experience they have to flourish within a supportive school environment. Equally this role would appeal to a recently qualified T.A looking to gain experience in their first school. The role will be working on a 1:1 basis with Children within KS3 and KS4. The children you will be supporting may be working at a level lower than expected. The Children you support may display challenging behaviours at times. You also have the opportunity to complete your Team Teach training too for this role on the next available course. Contract/Position Details: Location - Liverpool Position - Teaching Assistant Type of work - Teaching Support Start date - September 2024 Duration - Ongoing End date - N/A Contract type - Temp - Perm Full time/part time - Full time Rate of Pay - From £95.00 per day to £110 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pmThe ideal candidate for this role would be a capable and experienced Teaching Assistant that can respond proactively to requirements within in the classroom. A relevant teaching assistant qualification would be desirable. The candidate must be confident within the classroom and be able to identify where help is needed. You will need to be calm and positive when interacting with pupils.
