Health & Safety Consultant Location: United Kingdom, Leicestershire Job Type: 7-8 week contract, 5 days per week About the company Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a forward thinking construction and project management consultancy who are working on a warehouse installation project in Leicestershire.  About the role Acting on behalf of our client, as Health & Safety Consultant, you will collaborate with on site colleagues to ensure Health & Safety systems, processes and procedures are being adhered to.  Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct site visits and inspections to identify health and safety hazards  Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations Provide advice and guidance to project teams on health and safety best practises Deliver health and safety training to employees and contractors Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for prevention Your experience NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Health & Safety qualification Demonstrated experience in health and safety management in the construction industry Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Whats on offer Approx 8 week Contract, 5 days per week, £(Apply online only)/day START ASAP Assured Safety Recruitment are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company operating across the UK.
