Business Development Rep – Ontario or Montreal ABGi Canada, a Visiativ Company, is hiring Business Development Representatives! This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and dynamic Business Development team! We are a leader in our industry.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Representative at ABGi Canada, you will report to the Sales Manager with a focused territory within a greater synergetic team with the goal of supporting Business Development Managers in setting appointments with new accounts. In this team and partnered relationship, you will be highly strategic as you work towards quota attainment and building immediate value, credibility and trust through direct calls and leads on a day-to-day basis. This role is hybrid within either our Ontario or Montreal office, but focused on accounts across Canada. Responsibilities (A Day in the Life) Source new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and social networks. Qualify customer needs and requirements to meet minimum requirements. Follow-up with prospects and inbound leads in a timely manner, always with a focus on the close. Route qualified opportunities to the BDM for further development and closure Maintain and expand database of prospects through cold calling, marketing channels, and other tools as assigned. Understand monthly quota and partner with BDMS to work backwards into quota while always understanding your funnel metrics through Salesforce. Support sales team through administrative tasks to drive revenue forward. Maintain and record all sales and customer activity in Salesforce CRM on a daily basis. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of B2B professional sales experience - inside or outside Must have experience selling with cold calling into companies, preferably middle-market and enterprise-level Must have experience working with a sales related CRM Must have proven track record of sales success of hitting quota and understand sales funnel metrics. Must be willing to hit weekly and monthly individual and team target KPI’s and striving for prospect and customer excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling in the tax credits and incentives industry, financial services, or professional services.
