Duties & Responsibilities
  • Setup and onboard new properties inclusive of creating property profile and setting up unit/owner information in accounting system.
  • Execute processes and conduct controls to facilitate the pre-authorized collection process to collect fees from condo owners.
  • Act as the point person with utility providers in the changeover or creation of new accounts, including coordination with developers and previous management companies to retrieve all documentation required for utility bills.
  • Run automations to support the accounting teams in the Ontario Support Centre. With support from the Team Lead, streamline and strengthen automations.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by Team Lead
  • Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
  • Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
  • Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management
  • Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree from a post-secondary education institution (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products, specifically Excel.
  • Adept with using technology to increase efficiency.
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset.

  • You are an excellent communicator both verbally and written, to enable collaboration within the organization
  • You can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail oriented in your work product
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Well organized, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines
