Support Worker - Residential and Supported Living

Are you a qualified and experienced Support Worker/Care Assistant who is looking for a flexible job based on your availability in a care home setting? Job Details: * Taking care of Adult residents at Care home. * Maintain hygiene standards, cleaning and clearing patient rooms according to ward protocol. * Chart daily observations, mobility activity, and eating percentages to aid continued client assessment. * Aid service users in everyday activities, such as washing and dressing, ensuring constant safety and effective care. Requirements: * Right to work in UK documents (Passport & BRP) * DBS (Must be on Update Service) * Training Certificates (Safeguarding Children and Children's Protection training is a must) * Proof of address * Bank Statement * Reference Details * NI Document * Vaccine pass * Driving license * A clear picture of yours (For Profile) To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in UK * A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents * A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency’s rota * A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement * A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one In return, we offer: * A competitive hourly rate of £11.75 - 12 per hour on weekdays and weekends * A weekly pay system with no hidden fees or deductions * A referral bonus scheme for recommending other candidates to join the agency * A dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your assignments If you are interested in this role, please apply or contact us for more information.
