We need an experienced Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency covering Herne Hill SE24. Previous experience in residential property sales is essential and some listing experience would be preferable. You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities. You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiation skills. Skills: The skills required for thisSales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiatorrole will include: Previous residential Estate Agency experience Excellent (proven) sales ability Listing and valuation experience advantageous High level of customer service skills Superb telephone manner and positive attitude Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated Knowledge of South West London helpful Full Driving License essential and own car essential A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency The Company: Our client is an established independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices in South West London.
