Maintenance Buyer (F/M)

The maintenance buyer is in charge of managing all the maintenance projects related to the different ACC sites. He/She is the dedicated purchasing interlocutor of maintenance teams for project regarding spare parts management, maintenance services and consumables needs.The maintenance buyer is in charge of:Building the spare parts and maintenance purchasing strategy in alignment with the needs of the maintenance teams and ACC industrial strategy.Ensuring maintenance services contractualization of the different equipments and utilities of the different ACC sites.Ensuring spare parts purchasing in accordance with the Gigafactory constraints (cost/service/leadtime).Deploying the strategy by establishing contracts with both spare parts manufacturers and resellers.Supplying full purchasing support to the maintenance team in terms of consumables needs.Supporting maintenance specific issues: long leadtime spare parts supply, emergencies, specific supplier sourcing, etc… Know HowCritical thinking and Negotiation skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPurchase of logistic and recycling servicesProject management, quotation, negotiation…Experience3 to 5 years in a Purchasing departmentA first experience with maintenance activityQualificationDiplomas:Master degree of Engineering and/or economics.Languages: French and EnglishKey behavioursStrong cross functional behaviorQuick reporting and sharing of information with Project and Purchasing teamsSome extra skills which could make a differenceExperience of project in very constraint context (budget and planning)Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)Our Advantages and Perks: new premises, parking spaces reserved for carpoolers, possibility of recharging your electric car on reserved spaces in our parking lot.
