Job Tile: Assembly Technician Location: Tewkesbury Shift: Late Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Role Overview My clients are a leading engineering and manufacturing firm based in Tewkesbury, specialising in the aerospace and defence sector. They are currently seeking an assembly technician with one to two years of mechanical experience and engineering apprenticeship training. The role involves assembling mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Key Responsibilities – Assembly Technician Identifying faults in components controlling various systems. Working on mechanical products, including assembling, building, and testing. Assembling components according to engineering drawings. Diagnosing and conducting tests to verify failures. Qualifications & Requirements – Assembly Technician At least one year of previous mechanical experience. Completed engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent). Understanding of assembly or testing processes in manufacturing. Demonstrates versatility and fosters a positive atmosphere.
