Our client is a very well-known player in the construction industry with a solid reputation. They are very customer focused and are looking for a customer Care Manager to lead, coach and mentor a team of on-site customer care reps. it's busy, it's fast paced, but you're supported.



The opportunity
The customer care manager works in conjunction with Project Management, Construction, Sales and Property Management for all company sites. The Customer Care Manager plays an integral role in relation to the PDI, Occupancy and Audit Phases.

Experience
  • Manage the Customer Care standards / process. In this role consistency is a key factor, including procedures for processing routine, emergency, and out-of-warranty items.
  • The successful candidate will be diligent in documenting in detail on all types of employee interaction.

  • Manage the reporting system to monitor completion of all tasks of employees and trades at all times. We are looking for a candidate who appreciates that the job is easier when the reports are accurate. This is also important to measure any recurrences.


  • Clear communication between Project Management, Construction, and Property Management is very important.

  • Schedule and coordinate re-occurring on site meetings between Customer Care and Construction.

  • The successful candidate will take a proactive approach for following up on client advocacy issues. The candidate will reporting a plan of action or progress with the mindset of a long term solution goal.

  • Stay current on Customer Care practices (Tarion) and the Construction Industry standards.


Expectations for the role
  • Construction Customer Care Management.
  • Experience in High-Rise and Low-Rise construction processes.
  • Expert with Tarion Warranty Program regarding building products, construction details.

  • Construction management software packages
  • Valid Driver License and access to a vehicle
  • Full-Time (8:30am to 5:00pm)
  • Expected to move from site to site with minimal notice in accordance with company goals.
