More Executive, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for commercial roles. This office-based role in Tamworth offers the opportunity to build and lead a team as the branch develops. Key Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates * Developing a deep understanding of the commercial sector and market trends * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and business goals Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant * Proven track record in commercial recruitment * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location: Tamworth Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (basic) + bonuses and additional benefits (including private healthcare) Bonus: Uncapped bonus scheme to earn as much as you want Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Friday is a half-day paid) If you’re passionate about recruitment and ready to take on a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you
