POSITION # 243150 NATIONAL OCCUPATION CODE 10019 POSITION TYPE FULL-TIME Our client, an Indigenous owned Aboriginal Group of Companies is seeking an Administration Manager to spearhead multiple projects within their group of companies. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and is meticulous with attention to detail. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous traditions, economic development and cultural preservation This organization offers growth opportunities and are committed to investing in the success and development of their team members. Responsibilities Project Management
  • Plan, coordinate, manage timelines and execute projects
  • Work with stakeholders providing guidance and support
  • Streamline and monitor processes
Administration
  • Provide stakeholders with internal communication regarding all entities
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks for all four entities
  • Compile data on industry trends for strategic development
Marketing
  • Implement marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns
  • Provide analysis results of campaigns across various channels, including social media platforms, emails, newsletters, etc.
  • Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, conferences
Finance
  • Payroll submissions and remittances
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in managing an executive office and/or project Management
  • Business Administration degree preferred although experience will be considered
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and Elders
  • Previous experience in an insurance industry would be an asset
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience with Cultural Preservation, Economic Development and Land Stewardship would be an asset
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PP, Outlook)
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Maintains a professional, respectful, inclusive demeanor at all times
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility of adapting to constant change
