Molesey, they have a reputation for delivering high-quality services to their clients. NOTE - This is a fully office based role. Description Bookkeeper (Quickbooks): Manage and maintain financial records in Quickbooks software, for 12 serpate companies Carry out reconciliations and produce financial reports Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial accuracy Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Support the team with ad hoc financial tasksProfile A successful Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) should have: Proficiency in Quickbooks Experience of dealing with high volume transactions for multiple companies A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and team-working abilities A relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance or related fieldJob Offer A competitive salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum A supportive team environment in the Accounting & Finance department A chance to develop your career in the Business Services industry The opportunity to work in a small and friendly Finance team in West MoleseyWe encourage all candidates who believe they have the right mix of skills and experience for this Bookkeeper role to apply.
