WHAT YOU’LL DO In the role of Vice President, Sales you are responsible for fostering and leading a culture defined by sales excellence and high performance. You’ll implement thoughtful and innovative sales programs and standards to drive outstanding sales results for every project. This role will be instrumental in elevating the capabilities of our Sales team to enhance the company's ability to achieve our strategic objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Leadership and people development Lead by example in setting a culture of sales excellence. Promote a collaborative team environment. Ensure rDS is attracting, growing and retaining top sales talent. Develop and implement industry-leading sales programs. Establish and continually optimize internal systems and processes for the Sales department. Oversee project site sales staffing. Act as an ambassador of rennie at industry events. Work closely with Technology and Sales Operations departments. Perform other related duties as required by the company. Strategic planning Further strategic objectives of the organization. Collaborate closely with the Marketing department. Work directly with developers and Sales Directors on large projects. Revenue generation & cost management Seek new channels, innovations, and technology. Collaborate with internal departments to define sales programs. Define and lead broader realtor programs. Ensure structure, systems and tools are in place for new business development. Ensure company-wide cost of sales targets are set and achieved. Oversee rDS sales forecasting. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Education and Experience Minimum of 12 years related sales experience. Minimum of 10 years as a strategic or people leader. An active BC license in good standing for Real Estate Trading Services is considered an asset. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of local real estate market is considered an asset. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient on Excel, PowerPoint, KeyNote, CRM (preferably Salesforce). Working Conditions Our home office is located just outside of Granville Island in Kitsilano. Ability to travel within Canada and the US, as required. Salary Information The typical base salary for this specific position is from $200,000 to $215,000 with a performance-based bonus program.
