SAP EAM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EAM ConsultantAs a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.The location for this position is Canada. This position may require travel to Project / client locations.Canada Citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Preferred QualificationsAt least 11 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementation and Support programsExperience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America.SAP Asset Performance Management or SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (Experience in either one)In-depth knowledge in the areas of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc) and Notification Management; Integration with Maintenance Order; Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown, Corrective and Calibration Maintenance Process etc.Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party toolExperience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:Requirement gatheringBusiness process designSAP configurationRICEFW Functional designSystems and Integration TestingResolving production issuesStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysisAbility to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshoreFlexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
