About the Role: CDM Principal Designer As a CDM Principal Designer, you will play a pivotal role in design meetings, confidently advising clients across Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Your projects will span Residential, Mixed-use Developments, High-rise buildings, Regeneration, and Fire remedial works.
