Senior Project Manager, France

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction. Previous experience in managing software projects and knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Salesforce Service cloud are required. Fluency in French and professional-level English are also necessary. If you are a results-oriented Project Manager with excellent customer-facing skills, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Manage complex projects, including working closely with stakeholders, customers and delivery team at various levels, making assignments and monitoring progress Evaluate progress, and identify significant opportunities and risks related to the projectManage, direct and oversee all aspects of the project, including an understanding of contract, creation of Statements of Work (SOW), and how to achieve project scopeDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersResolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive resultsParticipate to ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans Make sure that the development team is up to date with any changes in terms of project directionManage delivery team’s activity and individual’s growth/career path Ensure that the team is always working on highest priority tasks Carry out periodical team members’ performance assessment and offer valuable feed-back Keep a constant positive connection with the client Requirements Competencies - Relevant direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of process development and execution - Previous experience in a PM role with a focus on delivering implementations, integrations of various software applications - Previous experience in managing software projects - Excellent customer facing skills Previous experience in managing remote/ distributed teams - Familiar with web programming languages, technologies and testing Experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Salesforce Service cloud is mandatory French: Native language - Fluent English Benefits OSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
