GLOBAL BUSINESS SUPPORT (GBS) has nearly 2,000 employees in several countries and entities who work in a coordinated manner to provide first-class business support to ENGIE's Business Units and Corporate Units.GLOBAL BUSINESS SUPPORT currently has 7 Business Support (BS) business areas: Purchasing, Consulting, Finance, Real Estate and Logistics, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Systems.In this context, ENGIE GBS is recruiting a:You will be in charge of the following tasks:Coordinate the monthly closing, Best Estimate end of year, Budget, and Mid-Term Plan.Provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial reporting (monthly closing, Budget, Best Estimate) in collaboration with operational teams.Prepare performance review documentation for management, which includes financial data, key messages, and relevant analyses.Structure and follow up the performance plan in consistency with Group requirements/targets.Ensure appropriate administrative procedures, processes, and reporting are in place and respected.Depending on GBS projects, lead various types of projects (internal to the team or transversal to GBS) around Finance topics.Propose enhancements of processes and automation of tools where relevant.Have significant experience in Finance and controlling.Have good knowledge of the consolidation tool, mainly SAP Financial Consolidation.Be well-versed in office tools (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).Have strong capacity to challenge and summarize information into meaningful key messages.Be well organized and proactive, able to perform during specific reporting cycles with tight deadlines.Support the head of the business line to achieve their productivity targets.Have a high level of integrity and adaptability.Be a real team player able to transfer your knowledge.Education and professional background:Master's Degree in accounting, audit, or finance (BAC+5).7-10 years of experience.Languages:French speaking with a high-standard level of English.Spanish would be a plus.Business Unit: GBSDivision: GBS BS - FinanceLegal Entity: ENGIE GBS SolutionsContract Type: PermanentJob Type: Full-TimeProfessional Experience: Skilled (>3 years
