We are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Manager for our office in Harrow. The successful applicant will oversee the administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities; - Manage office operations, correspondence, and record-keeping - Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and candidates - Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement - Communicate effectively with team members and external parties - Perform administrative duties as required - Supervise office operations to ensure compliance with company policies Skills; - Experience of SAGE payroll - Excellent clerical skills for handling administrative tasks - Good IT knowledge – Excel, Word etc. - Sound knowledge of office procedures and protocols - Strong organisational skills to manage office operations efficiently - Demonstrated ability in administrative tasks Salary negotiable depending on experience.
