Sales Coordinator £23,000 - £25,000  Office based Coventry   Our client A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an entry level candidate who is often described as a "people person" to join a progressive business.   The role Act as a first point of contact for customers Managing live accounts, including taking orders, answering general account queries and proving quotes Providing excellent customer service  Liaise with other departments Identifying sales opportunities Building rapport with customers Using bespoke CRM to raise quotes/ handle general account queries Handling inbound and outbound phone calls The candidate A bubbly confident personality Ideally some commercial working experience Comfortable selling to customers over the phone A willingness to learn Experience isn’t everything, as long as you have the right work ethic, we want to hear from you Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ideally an interest in social media The ability to communicate at all levels
