Functional Support Analyst Our client is a Canadian multinational energy transportation company. They focus on the transportation, distribution, and generation of energy, primarily in North America. They have a long history in the responsible development and reliable and safe operation of North American energy infrastructure. They are one of the continent’s largest providers of gas storage and related services. They are currently looking for a  Functional Support Analyst  for their  North York ,  ON  location. Description: Job Title: Functional Support Analyst Duties & Responsibilities: Help to ensure over 3M customers are accurately billed monthly Meet TIS project deadlines to assist with keeping capital projects on target TIS – daily interactions to address system issues; design, test and support system changes. Business Stakeholders – daily interactions to provide functional support External Extended Alliance (EA) partners - Interactions to provide functional support MUST HAVE qualifications: Business Analysis; CBAP certification an asset Documentation; clear and concise documentation, with a high degree of quality Communication skills; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Relationship management; able to create new relationships and foster existing ones Independent; ability to manage time, work independently, be agile, and prioritize workload Team player; strives in a team environment, welcomes feedback, and participates and collaborates NICE TO HAVE qualifications: Technical knowledge; some degree of the following is required:EGI Customer Information System (SAP CIS and/or Banner) EGI WAMS (Maximo) Service Now - for management of Incidents and Changes HP Quality Centre - EGI’s testing tool/repository for test scripts and results Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Skype Business Knowledge; some degree of the following is required: Customer Care / Customer Information System end-to-end processes, , Meter Reading, Call Centre, Billing, CRM, Collections, Extranet, Open Bill, MyAccount, Chatbot, etc. WORKING CONDITIONS: Typical office environment Periodic travel required Job 63143
