Interim Estates Surveyor (Part-Time) - Central Belt of Scotland

One of our Public Sector clients based in the Central Belt of Scotland is looking for a part-time Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months with a view to extend. Key Responsibilities: Lease Renewals Rent Reviews Service Charges Potentially Asset Valuations Qualifications: MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory. Experience: Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.
