Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As the primary point of contact for Small and Medium Business (SMB) inbound inquiries nationwide, you'll nurture leads throughout the entire sales process. Your expertise will also be pivotal in crafting effective sales strategies and territory plans to drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Small and Medium Business inbound inquiries nationwide.
  • Understand and analyze customer current and future needs and customize solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospects.
  • Provide support and training to junior sales representatives.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and territory plans.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on the CRM system.
  • Leverage existing email lists to convert prospects into Stallion customers.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of B2B sales experience with a strong background in e-Commerce sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior sales representatives is a plus.

The compensation package offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 or more.
