TAY Recruitment are looking to recruit a versatile Handyman/Woman for their client based in Swansea. The position is on a temp perm basis with an immediate start working Monday-Friday. The Role: * Perform routine maintenance and minor tasks * Handle urgent repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. * General maintenance of building * Painting of floors/ walls as required * Changing of bulbs and switches * Replacing of tiles where required * Ad Hoc Carpentry duties The Candidate: * Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar role. * Proficiency with using hand tools, and various equipment * Good communication skills * Good at resolving issues * Well organised INDHP This vacancy is being advertised by TAY Recruitment (An Employment agency) on behalf of our client.
