Position Overview Supporting the P&C People Partners, the HR Coordinator assists with various P&C functions; this requires a hands-on approach with both administrative & tactical tasks and customer service to employees and leaders. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Manage full cycle recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience. Facilitate and manage employee orientation and onboarding. Process all required actions related to the employee life cycle. Facilitate and ensure the effective utilization of plans related to P&C programs and services. Provide coordinator support to the People Partners on all aspects of P&C. Project team member and data expert to implement a fulsome HRIS program. Develop and implement corporate-wide programs. Process all employee changes and run reports as required in an HRIS system. WHAT WILL YOU NEED? Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) or a related field is an asset. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual French/English is an asset.
