As a Senior DPO, you will BE responsible for monitoring data protection and privacy compliance across our organization. You will work in the Group DPO team, in close collaboration with the various Worldline group departments and with the Data Protection Officer's network working in the Worldline Global Business Lines and subsidiaries.
You will report to the Group Data Protection Officer and Global Head of Data Protection, based at the headquarters.
Work with the Worldline Group Data Protection Officer to assist in monitoring major cross-functional privacy projects at both national and multinational level,
- Ensure implementation of group data protection policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the records in our tool, reporting, and responding to requests from data subjects.
- Provide guidance and assistance in handling data breaches, ensuring swift and effective response in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the organization on data protection and privacy matters.
- Master's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Certified Data Protection Officer (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, etc.) Significant operational experience in data protection and privacy management. Proven track record of managing complex projects related to data protection and privacy compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Excellent command of English.
