Internal Sales Executive

Internal Sales Executive Bushbury / WV10 Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:00pm 40 Hours Per Week £25,000 basic per annum (up to £35,100 with bonuses) A Profit related pay bonus of approximately £1,600 per annum Quarterly (3 Branches combined) A monthly sales bonus of approximately £8,500 per annum Monthly With Wages (Individual Performance Related) Permanent A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join an established steel stockholding company which is based in Bushbury. My client is searching for an all-round experienced and confident internal sales candidate with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to work alongside the sales and management team in a small but busy office. The Job Role: * Developing a good understanding of their products * Quoting prices, quantities of stock, specifications of the products ordered and delivery times * Liaise with existing clients and be able to build a strong working relationship across a niche industry sector * Operate a business-to-business marketplace, selling products mainly to engineering and manufacturing companies for reliable delivery and quantity of stock which is cut to size/ weight * Handle complaints or objections * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Experience/ Requirements: * Experience / knowledge of steel and measurements would be beneficial * Knowledge of the engineering/ manufacturing industry would be beneficial * An ability to grow knowledge and understanding of the products * Ability to understand a varied client base and their needs * Confidence when working with mathematical calculations (offering quotes based on price per kilo) * Great telephone manner and enjoys working on the phone Company Benefits: * Private Health Care * Company Pension * 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays * A Profit related pay bonus of approximately £1,600 per annum * A monthly sales bonus of approximately £8,500 per annum
