We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced construction Estimator for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the project planning and execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in estimating for various construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive cost estimations for fitout projects. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather essential project information and requirements. * Analyse project plans and specifications to identify all relevant factors affecting the estimation process. * Utilise industry knowledge to assess the scope of work, materials, and labor required for accurate project costing. * Prepare detailed and competitive bids, considering project timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks. * Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to enhance the accuracy of estimations. * Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms. * Maintain clear and organised documentation of estimates, bids, and relevant project information
