Currently, they are undergoing an exciting phase of expansion into the US market, following recent FDA approval. This is a pivotal moment to join their team and contribute to their ongoing growth and success.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role is responsible for administering all People and Culture activities related to the employee life cycle. This position would be ideal for a graduate or an early career P&C professional. This is an onsite part-time or full-time permanent position based in Kingsgrove (parking available), where you will work with a collaborative, vibrant and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for the People and Culture department and employee life cycle
Collaborate with team to maintain People and Culture documentation and ensure compliance
Maintain accurate People and Culture databases and provide timely support to employee inquiries
Support talent acquisition process
Support onboarding, probation processes and performance reviews
Track People and Culture deadlines and update records accordingly
Assist with employee development initiatives
Coordinate employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives and social events
Work on ad hoc projects to enhance the employee life cycle
Desired Skills and Experience:
Certificate or degree in Human Resources
Outstanding organisational, interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Approachable with rapport building skills
Understanding of confidentiality importance
