Synopsis of the role:


In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting sales & marketing leaders and sellers with pipeline analysis, performance measurement, uncovering hidden patterns, predicting trends, and delivering insights for strategic decision-making by applying advanced analytics techniques to sales and marketing data.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ad-Hoc Data Analysis and Visualization: Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce CRM, billing systems, Marketing Automation Platform) to identify trends, uncover insights, and generate actionable recommendations. Utilizing data visualization tools to create comprehensive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Scorecards and Dashboards: Leveraging Salesforce reporting capabilities along with Tableau BI to Develop/Updating monthly and quarterly scorecards for C-level readouts
  • Pipeline Performance, Measurement, and Reporting: Tracking key sales metrics (e.g., pipeline value, win/loss rates, conversion rates, Sales velocity, Lead Conversion Rate ) to assess sales team effectiveness and campaign performance.
  • Identifying and communicating Sales pipeline bottlenecks hindering forecast achievement, empowering sales and marketing leaders with actionable insights allowing for strategic adjustments and targeted interventions to maximize sales performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating across departments (marketing, sales, finance) to analyze data and present actionable insights to senior management, tailoring the communication style and utilizing tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Slides to effectively reach diverse audiences.
  • Cross-BU collaboration: partner with Analytics leaders from various International Regions to explore new tools, technologies, areas of enhancement to help Sales team with better insights
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Collaborate with Marketing Analytics team to build and publish KPI’s in Tableau / Looker for sales campaigns, track their effectiveness, and measure ROI.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Partner with global analytics leaders to experiment with cutting-edge tools like Google Gemini AI, pushing the boundaries of sales analytics.

What Experience you need :

  • Bachelor's and/or similar degree in STEM field (e.g., Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics)

  • Experience in analytics, inisghts and analysis using BI tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Looker, Looker)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A knack for cracking complex business cases and extracting meaningful analytical insights from our data

  • Comfortable with Data Manipulation and building Scorecard by leveraging BI tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or Looker)

  • SQL expertise to efficiently extract valuable insights in BigQuery from our extensive databases (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, financial systems, Workfront, Jira)
