Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Plumbing Bias)

Job Title: Multiskilled Engineer (Plumbing Biased) Location: London (Mobile) Salary: £42,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Engineer (Plumbing Biased) to join our dynamic team in London. This is a mobile role, providing expert maintenance services across a variety of commercial sites. If you have a strong background in plumbing with additional multiskilled experience, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your career in facilities management. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct routine plumbing maintenance and repairs across commercial properties * Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues efficiently * Provide general building maintenance support, including minor electrical, HVAC, and mechanical works * Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety standards and in compliance with health & safety regulations * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work undertaken * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience in a plumbing maintenance role, ideally in a commercial environment * Multiskilled experience, including basic electrical and mechanical knowledge * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence (essential for the mobile role) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: * Basic salary of £42,000 (gross) per annum * Company van and fuel card provided * Annual bonus of 5% based on company financial targets * 23 days holiday + 3 additional days at Christmas (increasing with length of service) * Company pension scheme (starting at 5% employee and 3% employer contributions, increasing with service) * Option to opt into Private Medical Insurance (PMI) funded by the company (P11D benefit) * Access to BUPA Employee Assistance Programme and Cash Plan Why Join Us?
