Enterprise Solutions Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Solution Architect to drive the development of innovative technology solutions that align with our business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large project builds, overseeing and assessing the work carried out by other team members to ensure timely and contractual commitments are met.
• Review designs and scopes of work created by others, assess the need for and alternatives to Change Requests raised in projects, and approve estimates of work.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our delivery is understood and aligned to client expectations.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the quality of our delivery, carrying out system testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
• Support the Client Success team with knowledge share and technical cover for client Issues.
• Stay up-to-date with continuous changes to new or existing Dynamics business applications and Power Platform functionality.
• Maintain and renew MS Certifications in line with Microsoft requirements.
• Develop awareness of related common-use applications that work with Dynamics and the Power Platform.
• Share key learnings with the wider Delivery team.
