Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer /  Technical Sales Support Engineer required to join a global, market leading engineering supplier based in Greater Manchester.

The successful Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer /  Technical Sales Support Engineer  shall be responsible for technical advice, generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, proposals and other aspects of customer service for pumps & associated mechanical engineering products.


The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer /  Technical Sales Support Engineer  Engineer will ideally come from a pumps sales, technical or solution based background within the pump sector, with full training being provided.


Package
£35,000-£42,000 depending on experience.

Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer /  Technical Sales Support Engineer  Role

• Give technical advice and guidance on correct pump related product selection as per customers’ needs.
• Generate & provide quotations & proposals of pumps & associated mechanical engineering products to customers.
• Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.
• Learn all aspects of administration which includes order processing, invoicing, checking order confirmations of pumps.
• Product specification plus after sales and service support.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
• Commutable to the office daily near Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Internal Sales Executive / Sales Engineer /  Technical Sales Support Engineer  Requirements

• Pumps sales, technical or solution-based background within the pump sector
• Pump Service Engineer looking to come off the tools and move into a technical sales role are encouraged to apply.
• Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Advisor or similar customer service position, within the pump industry.
• Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering equipment - specifically pumps.
• Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree in engineering would be beneficial.
• Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
• Must be commutable to Oldham daily or willing to re locate.
