The role is salaried at £28-35k based on experience. within this package accommodation will be provided on a temporary or permanent basis. To discuss this opportunity in more detail, please call Angela McBrearty on (phone number removed) or email: Job Description Key Responsibilities All production planning including evening shift and weekends Ensuring adequate resources whether fresh or frozen Ensuring staff are fully utilised throughout planned shift Organising production to run at the most efficient level Over seeing all areas of production in both factories when needed Be a positive motivating manager and identify worker strengths and weaknesses. Maintain material resources, equipment and maintenance where required and be reactionary to machinery dysfunctions Maintaining production reports Reports required by the OC Quality System Yield results for individual boats Production yields of staff and machines Identify and implement improvement opportunities Organising HACCP meetings Ensuring regular meetings take place Ensuring all relevant members present Ensuring records completed as per Quality System Ensuring Health and safety of all production staff Organising staff training Ensuring inductions are completed thoroughly Ensuring ongoing staff training Weekly formal reporting to Managers Ensure effective hand over between shifts. Good IT skills Understandings KPIs Food / shellfish manufacturing experience - desirable not essentialPlease submit your cv to
