Cost Manager (Construction Economist)

Professional responsible for cost management service delivery for real estate projects – from early cost advice to the settlement of the final account.

• Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.

• Cost management experience in major construction projects covering pre-contract and construction / post-contract cost management tasks in France.
• ~3+ years of professional experience in the building construction industry.
• ~ Excellent knowledge of French construction regulation.
• ~ Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
• ~ Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
• ~ Excellent problem, negotiating, finance and numeracy management skills.
• ~ Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• ~ Proficiency in French and English.

Bac+2 to Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent

• Diploma in the field of Construction Economics
