Job description RMS are excited to be recruiting for a fantastic, new opportunity with an outstanding financial planning company based in Middlesbrough. We are looking for an Administrator to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. Job Details: Location: Middlesbrough Position: Administrator Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £24k per annum About the Role: The successful candidate will be joining a team of industry leading financial advisors and will support with all admin aspects of the business. Working as an Administrator you will provide general and financial administrative support to the business under the direction and guidance of the Manager. Front of house/reception duties to maintain the general running of the office. Deal with income and outgoing post. Communication via phone and email with clients and other professionals. Maintaining computerised records/ information systems. Work effectively and constructively as part of a team. Provide all necessary support to the admin and advice teams. About You: Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English with certification proof. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience of working in Financial Services Industry is essential. A ‘people person’ with a strong work ethic. A willingness to change and adapt in an evolving environment. Work as part of a team. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word. Conscientious and organised with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal skills – assertive, efficient, positive, and approachable. Ability to work to set deadlines. Highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing an excellent service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships. Excellent time management and planning skills.
