General Maintenance Assistant We have a new role as a General Maintenance Assistant in south Kensington The General Maintenance Assistant duties will include walking corridors looking for snagging jobs such as ,noticing cracks, broken lock, cracked plugs, chipped paint and report back to the maintenance manager on your findings, monitor the jobs that are being completed and sign off The ideal candidates must have the following * Must have excellent communication skills * A good eye for detail * reliable and team player * must have had customer service skills * must be able to follow instructions clearly Benefit included * weekly pay * holiday pay * regular and ongoing hours
