Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Windsor

Pay: $80K per year + Over Time + Benefits + Bonuses + Shift Premium

Shift: 3 Shift Rotation

What you need:

1. Valid Electrician license (309A or 442A)
2. Journeyman trade certificate considered an asset
3. Minimum 5 years in a maintenance machining environment
4. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory position or equivalent
5. Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
6. Strong knowledge of Ontario fire codes, Sprinklers, alarm systems
7. Organization Skills
8. Provide professional guidance and oversight
9. Able to work Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the activities of employees
• Having good repertoire with employees including employee complaints, helping and providing guidance for employees with problems
• Conducting monthly meetings
• Conducting performance evaluations for all maintenance employees
• Maintain and direct PM & PD activities are complete
• Arrange quotes from contractors in conjunction with maintenance buyer
• Mentor staff
• Coordinate job tasks with Junior employees, co-workers and subcontractors
