Own it.The JobAs Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced Lead Solution Engineer.As product experts and outstanding communicators, our Solution Engineers partner with Sales to help our customers and prospects make informed decisions about how to protect their valuable SaaS data. We approach each engagement with empathy, creativity and a genuine desire to help our customers and prospects succeed.As aLead Solution Engineer, you will align and support our International Sales team by owning technical discussions, product demonstrations, Proof Of Concepts and proving business value to influence closed deals.This is a demanding pre-sales role which requires drive, empathy and interpersonal skills.Your Day-to-Day RoleDeliver compelling product demonstrations to set Own apart from other solutionsLead complex Proof of Concepts from start to finish, to prove the value of the Own PlatformRespond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPsConvey customer requirements to Product Management teams and help validate functionalityMaintain a regular Customer feedback channel and provide inputs for product developmentDevelop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs showing business valueDisplay initiative, self motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers.Handle complex and high level escalated inquiries from customersYour Work Experience8+ year(s) experience in a Solution Engineering (Pre-Sales) role2+ year(s) experience working In-depth knowledge of salesforce.com platformExceptional organizational and time management skillsBusiness level French language skillsExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environmentsAbility to build rapport quickly with customers and third partiesGood planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work calmly under pressureThis is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Paris office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business.
