The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic management team in the Glenrothes and North East Fife area.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is effectively represented within key partnership forums.
• Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of services, ensuring they meet the needs of service users and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure continuous quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
